Hello, we are renting a lovely 25 m2 studio in the heart of Mônetier-les-Bains including a sunny balcony facing southeast with views of the mountain and on the banks of the Guisane. Ideally located at Serre Chevalier 1500. Family apartment 70m2, bright and comfortable, on the second floor of a small residence. Composed of an entrance with cupboard and WC. Then a living room dining room fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a balcony mountain view, facing south. Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and storage, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, a bedroom with bunk beds and a washbasin. Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. It offers all the comfort and serenity for 6 people with its 70 m2 garden, garage, heated ski locker and bike storage. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes (alpine and cross-country) 10 min walk, different hiking trails.

It has a great location and is a 5-minute walk from the shops and the start of the slopes. Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to late March, due to snow, the climb is only by hiking, allow a maximum of 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
