This place is just perfect! The pool is very clean and the beach is very close! There are a ton of things to see in Guadeloupe! José and Stéphanie, his daughter, are good advice to make our trip unforgettable. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant and warm comfort. The location is advantageous sinceit is near Pointe-à-Pitre airport and several beaches that you can visit. Everything was perfect! We can't wait to go back!

I had a pleasant stay at Jean-Michel's place. Communication with him and Diana was smooth and pleasant and they allowed me to stay a little longer in the apartment as my return flight was only late afternoon. The apartment perfectly matches the photos, in the calm and nature with a much appreciated proximity to the sea (5min walk). I would be happy to come back to this place during an upcoming stay on the island.

Very nice collaboration. Hosts very available, responsive and friendly. A 20 minute walk there is the port with some shops. On the other hand, no restaurant nearby. If you arrive late, plan.

I lived there for 50 days, nothing but pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. It goes so far as to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. I would definitely recommend Mr. Frécéric's apartment

villa perfectly matching the description, in a peaceful cul-de-sac. the small beach 10 min walk at the end of the cul-de-sac is very nice! Maryline was very welcoming, and flexible on check-in and check-out times. She had even planned a snack for the evening of our arrival and breakfast. Thanks for your attention! the villa was located near Ste Anne, Le Gosier, and ideally located for visiting the island. I would recommend this villa!

Stéphane is a very friendly person and present for his tenants. The accommodation is perfectly located with access to the beach a 5-minute walk away. the parking is secured in a residence located in a very quiet area.

We were delighted with the stay with our host, the Villa is very well ventilated by the trade winds and we were able to enjoy the large terrace with a great view. The property is very well maintained (swimming pool, lawn). Kimathy is a very friendly host that I would definitely recommend.

As well as being friendly, Pierre-Alain was very available and responsive and all without being intrusive. Thank you to him for making our stay so enjoyable. Our stay was extraordinary in every way. The house was a perfect base camp to explore Guadeloupe! Our group of 8 (grandparents, parents, teenagers, children) greatly appreciated the great outdoors offered by the house and its many amenities. We highly recommend it!

We had a stay that exceeded all of our expectations! Laurence is very friendly and took the time to give us tips for our trip as well as good places to visit. There was also a yellow alert during our stay (we were not aware) and Laurence took care to notify us and give us updates on this. I highly recommend the Monoi if you are visiting the Gosier. Safe and very well located accommodation (a short walk to a beach). It has all the essentials to spend a memorable week. Small well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and much appreciated balcony. Our host N 'Rick was very responsive when I had questions. His directions were clear. Would definitely stay again.
