Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Gosier

Very well located accommodation with all the necessary amenities to have a great stay. In addition, a few small touches awaited me on my arrival🤩! Excellent!!

Bright apartment, clean, comfortable, perfect for a family of 4. Well located in the center of Guadeloupe. Close to good restaurants, grocery store and mall on foot. We loved the beautiful large terrace! We highly recommend it!

A super comfy little cocoon! Margaux even lent us her daughter's toys for our little one, it was a much appreciated gesture! really a nice find with a small beach within walking distance. We took the car to visit the rest of the island, it's very central!

Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Simple but well-equipped apartment. Small terrace on the cul-de-sac rather pleasant. Very good communication with Chantal who welcomed me.

The residence is nice although a little noisy. You have access to a pleasant beach that is crowded in a moderate and safe way. The accommodation although seen on the parking lot is pleasant, the advantage is that it is much less hot than seen on the sea. The air conditioning is working but I hardly needed it during my stay, the accommodation is at a pleasant temperature. However, in terms of comfort of the apartment, little effort was made by the owner following his purchase from this residence. I send him a message about this that I hope he'll take into account.

Functional and well arranged accommodation. Allows visits all around, well located. Pleasant terrace Nearby restaurants. Small peaceful beach also nearby. Friendly exchanges with the host who kindly accepted us overnight. Only downside (for us, an opinion that is specific to each person) is the bedding is too firm but on the positive side, the mattress is large Thanks for the stay.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the views as well as the beach being so close. The only criticism would be the layout. The layout works better for larger groups, but not as well for smaller groups - there are a lot of rooms and some of them are only accessible from the outside or via another room.

Paradise stay, villa with amazing view. In the morning , opening the shutters gives you a feeling of well-being and serenity. Plage du Havre is a place: for surfing and a snorkeling spot, little sargasse thanks to the barrier reef. The pool is a real +++ . The advice of the catering the lucullus was very wise, same for other activities: excursions, car rental, caterer ,.. Ideal location: pharmacy , supermarket... Looking forward to returning...

Stéphanie and her husband are very welcoming, accommodating and have great tips! We had a lovely stay at their place. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and the ideal location for visiting the island. We treasure this property. Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The place was really clean when we arrived, which is very appreciable. The access to the pool and the beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little quack upon arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really great as well). In short, a superb home for a beautiful Guadeloupe vacation. I recommend 1000%!

Just great. Marie and her husband were super present to answer all our questions. The space was clean and in a good location. Next to the beach, you can find small village parties just perfect. Otherwise you will be next to everything to do tours if you rent a car. The wifi was great too. In short, nothing to say, I'll be back with pleasure.

The stay went very well. The apartment was very clean and the view is amazing. Anaïs was very responsive and even offered to stay longer on the day of my departure because she didn't have a reservation behind it. I would recommend it 100% Anaïs and her place!

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jérôme's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect in a situation with the beach opposite. Perfect in equipment… there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! You have to leave this interlude of life one day and come back to reality.

Very pleasant stay at Mel's: the accommodation was nice and convenient, the view superb, and the beach a few minutes walk away was really nice. Highly recommend!

I spent 12 nights at Xavier's in a perfectly located and equipped apartment. We have access to a beach directly from the residence. The location is perfect for visiting the entire island. About the apartment, it is well equipped everything you need for everyday life. Guadeloupe is subject to many water outages but Xavier provides many bottles of water to compensate for it. Xavier is attentive available and very responsive. I really recommend this apartment with its balcony overlooking the sea you will have a very nice holiday 🤩🌞🏖️
