A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Willow cabin by the river

This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.

Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.

Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.
