The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. A large living room with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and sitting area will offer you delicious moments of sharing. We welcome you for a weekend, a week or a midweek stay with family or friends. Underfloor heating, parking. Baby equipment. Linens provided. Cottage on 2 levels. On the garden level: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 80 or possibility of bed 160, bed 160 in the 3rd bedroom), bathroom, toilet. Upstairs equipped kitchen, regular coffee maker + a Senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, large TV lounge, sofa bed 140, 20 m² terrace, barbecue. Sleeps 8 people

Small 6 m2 house with covered terrace and large hanging hammock, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. First human presence (us!) at 200 m: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The 300 m walking access includes a steep slope. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bed linen provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not get a good signal at our place (in the cabin it's good).
