Built in the 18th century, the property boasts 5 acres of parkland, a pond, a vineyard (producing around 1,500 bottles/year) and a breathtaking view of the listed village of Château-Chalon. The house has been renovated with a mix of antique furnishings and modern craftsmanship. It is perfect for a family, group or couple wishing to discover all that the region has to offer.

Direct pedestrian walks without taking the car (GR 59) and access in 20 minutes to the lake region (Chalain, Clairvaux, Vouglans…), in 40 minutes to the cross-country ski slopes (Saint Laurent en G) or slopes (Les Rousses are 1 hour drive away). A paradise for trail runners or mountain bikers! End the day with an elegant spa open to the starry sky and breathtaking views.

Close to all amenities, in the heart of the most beautiful tourist spots of the Jura, Thomas will welcome you in a detached house with all the comforts provided for this purpose. This comfortable and warm cottage is equipped with a large sheltered terrace, a spacious living room, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, as well as a laundry room on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom make up the upper floor.
