Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

Disabled access and free, private parking Le Dorat is a short 6minute drive away, where the supermarket, restaurants & wonderful bars can be found

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

In the studio: a sofa area with TV, a 140×200 bed and ensuite bath. In another room a kitchenette (airfryer, microwave, induction plate) and toilet. Garage available (bike or motorcycle).

The cottages of the old orchard, cottage 2 people located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from Oct 06 to April 10) and a garden furniture allow sunbathing, accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
