A great stay at Philippe's! The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped . Philippe is a responsive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is quiet while being close to amenities. I would highly recommend it!

What a wonderful place and what a lovely people! Jeannine and her husband made us feel welcome right away. We had a fantastic time. The environment, the tranquility, the swimming pool, the nice clean cottage , including delicious bed and fantastic shower made everything a a particularly beautiful experience that is certainly worth repeating!

We had a great time at Maud's place. Her place located in a quiet and peaceful residence is clean and equipped, the beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Small cottage in a residence at the foot of the wild coast, very pleasant. We enjoyed the stay in this quiet place. Very well-equipped accommodation with everything you need to feel good. I recommend it.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Very nice and spacious house. There's nothing missing. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the sea and the city centre. A little kitchen renovation would be a plus, but we will probably come back! The area is so beautiful 😍 and the host is very friendly.

Nothing to report, everything was fine. Being 6 adults, this spacious accommodation allowed us to move around quietly and have a great stay!

very good stay. the house is nice and well equipped. on 15 June, Batz is still quiet. the wild coast is very beautiful. you can walk for a long time on the GR34. Batz is well located to radiate in the surroundings.

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! We had a wonderful week at Carole's beach house. A pleasantly furnished house, a quiet neighborhood, a spacious terrace and veranda with a view of the sea, the beach less than 100m away: that was real luxury for us! It was also wonderful to sleep in good beds and with blackout shutters. Also safe with children: through the garden gate you walk over a dune directly on the beach (there is also material to look for oysters and shellfish). Top holiday, so a must! Ben & Ingrid

We had a great stay in Rodolphe and Pauline's tiny house! The welcome was warm and attentive, which immediately set a nice atmosphere. The accommodation is charming, well thought out and perfectly equipped. The weather was also on our side, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Hervé's house is very convenient for a stay in the Croisic peninsula. The ocean is not far, we are quiet and everything is spotless.

We had a great weekend at the rental. The description and photos match the listing in every way. Absolute calm, excellent kitchen, everything is excellent. The flexible check-in is very much appreciated and we thank Yann who welcomed us. We will definitely be back.

Charming little house with private garden ideally located a few steps from the centre and the train station. The small lockable outbuilding was ideal for storing our bikes (even if the hosts leave one available). Great deckchairs and barbecue to fully enjoy the garden and eat on the terrace. Super clean and well-equipped interior. We highly recommend the place to visit the area. Friendly and accommodating hosts. We can't wait to come back!
