House in a quiet and peaceful location, which is 4 minutes from the city center, 10 minutes from the TGV train station. Accommodating up to 4 people and our animal friends are allowed (enclosed grounds). 1 bedroom with medical bed for 2 people and a sofa bed in the living room. TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and bathroom with spa shower. You can park in the secure courtyard. Close to Vaison circuit, Parc des Combes, Château de la Verrerie.

Authenticité de l'habitation bourguignonne préservée : grande pièce avec cheminée, mezzanine spacieuse avec coin télé, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bain avec double vasque et grande douche. Calme et repos assurés. Parking dans la cour. Un jacuzzi privé est a votre disposition dans une dépendance au gite. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable moment au pied du chateau de la Rochepot.

L'ancienne maison située en pleine campagne a entièrement été rénovée. Elle peut loger un groupe jusqu'à 12 personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée est constitué d'une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée ouverte sur une salle à manger puis un salon. Une chambre ainsi q'une salle de bain se trouvent au même étage. À l'étage se trouvent 4 autres chambres ainsi que deux salles de bains puis des toilettes. Une grande terrasse ainsi qu'un grand jardin accompagne cette maison.
