The house is located at the entrance to the village of Ordan Larroque, in a quiet cul-de-sac, not overlooked and overlooking the Gers hills. A few km from Vic Fezensac, Marciac, Castéra-Verduzan and AUCH. 1 hour from Toulouse and Agen (Walibi) 1h45 from the Pyrenees 2 hours from the ocean for the nearest beaches 2.5 hours from the Basque Country and the Mediterranean Sea. You will find countless walks, bike rides, horseback rides Sports or recreational activities to do as a couple or with family.

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees.
