Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Bourget-du-Lac

We had a pleasant stay in May 2025 in this beautiful cottage, which has all the services and comfort needed to accommodate a group of 10 people in the best possible conditions. The cottage is spacious, well appointed, with a large garden, and located in a quiet environment. Amélie our host was perfect: detailed information for check-in and checkout, responsive to our messages and requests (clogged sink problem, resolved during the day). For a future stay in this beautiful region, we would love to be able to return to this cottage.

Our stay went very well. Cathy and Christophe's chalet is very comfortable and very pleasant. The environment is peaceful and refreshing. Beautiful walks nearby and nice places to visit. Cathy was welcoming and available. We would highly recommend it.

Nicolas was very welcoming in allowing us to access the accommodation earlier. The pool and jacuzzi are enjoyable in this summer period. The place has a crazy charm. However, beware of neighbours who cannot tolerate the slightest noise.

We had a great stay at the Maison Forestière, which is ideally located for hiking and outdoor activities. The environment is very quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped. The house is well laid out: the large living room with open kitchen is friendly, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The terrace is a real plus. Thanks to Éric and Dominique, who were flexible and available to us when needed. We recommend it without hesitation!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The barbecue is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute peace and a magnificent view of the mountains. The hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will be happy to stay in Lathuile again.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is magnificent and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated pool that allows you to admire the view!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

A very pleasant stay in this accommodation. We loved the terrace under the wisteria, the large very bright main room and its library of comics that we were unable to exhaust despite an intensive rhythm but also the comings and goings of the black cat, very endearing or the stove provided. Agnes was, moreover, a very responsive and helpful host. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We had a wonderful family stay (12 people) at this beautiful residence in Pont-de-Beauvoisin. The setting is absolutely idyllic: spacious, wooded, and very well furnished, everything is designed for comfort and practicality. The property is of great beauty and invites you to relax. Brigitte is particularly friendly and attentive host, which greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental for memorable moments for families or groups of friends!
