The Barn House at Owens Acres

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our cozy, cute barn at the base of Lazy Mountain. Surrounded by stunning Mountain View’s and towering green trees this barn is sure to please as it is neatly tucked in to the back of our two acre property, sitting behind our beautiful log home. With a full kitchen, full couch and TV, king size bed, and washer and dryer in the bathroom, you are set to stay as long as you like and feel right at home while on your Alaskan vacation. The barn house is 640 square feet total.

Lazy Loon Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful lake front Cabin. Enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the view. This cabin is located in the perfect spot. A few minutes walk to the Butte trailhead. There is a reindeer farm down the street and a farm where you can pick some fresh produce as well. Plenty of hiking and fishing in the area. Beautiful Stone Home

Welcome to beautiful Hatcher Pass! Enjoy your stay in this handcrafted space built by Discovery Channel’s star of Homestead Rescue, Marty Raney. This one-of-a-kind build has two-foot thick walls, concrete-stained floor, custom hand-built log furniture including cozy Alaskan spruce log beds & log end tables. A few pictures of this building were sent to Discovery during its construction, piquing their interest, and ultimately securing Marty’s leading roles on Homestead Rescue and Raney Ranch.

Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. Directly in front of the Chalet is a spectacular view of Matanuska Peak, it is 6,155ft tall. It is a rare occasion to see anyone on the lake. With over 3 miles of shoreline there is plenty of area to fish and view wildlife. Fast wi-fi and parking for 2 vehicles per rental is available.
