Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Petit studio au cœur du lotissement calme des hauts de Garonne; parking pour se garer en toute tranquillité ,pour rejoindre à pieds son entrée privative par le parc. Un coffre à clé vous attend pour ouvrir ce petit studio refait à neuf offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un agréable séjour. Idéal pour 1 à 2 personnes. Draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis. Mis à disposition:café, thé, tisane, chocolat en poudre, lait. Des petites douceurs sont prévus pour votre accueil.
