The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.

Welcome to our apartment on the 1st floor, a haven of peace in the heart of the Champsaur-Valgaudemar valley, ideal for families and athletes looking for tranquility and nature! Our accommodation is located at the foot of the hiking trails and ski slopes of the Laye resort. However, we are at 1300 m altitude and there may not be much snow depending on the temperatures. It's a perfect resort for kids and beginners.
