Studio l'Edelweiss ground floor

Charming 18-m² studio, refurbished in 2023, on the ground floor of our main house in the small family resort of Laye, the smallest in the Champsaur area at 1,300 m. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and bath towels, floor mats, and dish towels are provided. Depending on snow conditions: 8 alpine ski slopes and 1 toboggan run, ideal for beginners. 6 ski resorts within a maximum of 35 minutes (Orcières, Merlette) A restaurant, a convenience store, an equipment store, and a tree climbing course.

Woodworker's chalet in the mountains - 2-4 pax

Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!

Accommodation with a jacuzzi and garden "des grands prés"

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye, close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey cottage of nearly 90 m², with a high level of comfort, a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing… there are plenty of activities away from the big tourist resorts, but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE SURROUNDED BY NATURE.

The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, which can accommodate a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, perfect for relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resorts, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min, biking, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Please note, we do not provide bed sheets and bath towels.
