Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lay Lake

Britney’s place was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. I could live there. Felt very homey and comfortable. It is a large one bedroom loft that is very spacious. The building is right in the heart of Birmingham with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again.

We went for a wedding weekend and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to so many restaurants. Place was clean, cozy, and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Chris was awesome. I left something inside and realized after check in, I messaged him and we coordinated on me getting what I left. As for the apartment, it’s new, smell new and plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here because my son had a way basketball game and I must say I was really satisfied! We were close to everything we needed to be. The place was spacious and clean and what was most important to me SAFE!! Highly recommend

My wife & I were in town for a wedding. We chose Mei's place because it was walking distance to the wedding venue. We discovered a vibrant neighborhood with a fantastic bar & restaurant across the street! The unit was a spacious studio that was convenient, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Great place to stay. It was our second time. Clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and Samford. Lauren was helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We hope to stay again in the future.

Had a great time with family in from of of town. Quiet lagoon area. Great for fishing and kayaking and letting the kids swim in the lake. House is in a nice private neighborhood but near stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a great time, it’s a very nice place to stay. This house is out of the way, in a canal on the lake. Doesn’t take a lot of time by boat to get back to the main lake. Very quiet and peaceful location on the end of the road. The host was very clean and we had no issues the entire trip. The host very helpful and caring. I will be back to stay! Thank you!

Susan was very helpful in finding local restaurants. The house was very clean and organized. Kitchen was well equipped. The sun room has a beautiful view of the water. Bathrooms and bedrooms were neat and clean. We will definitely go back.

Alise’s place we so great! Comfortable beds plenty of sitting in the living room! Great kitchen with all the appliances. An easy walk to the dock for fishing and hanging out. Def will be coming back!

Beautiful home , well maintained, modern up to date appliances, close to highways, and supermarket, beautiful neighborhood and yard. Very responsive host. Enjoyed our stay while we were there for my son’s graduation from The University of Alabama.

Joe’s place is very nice! I think it’s exactly what the pictures depicted and worked really well for our one night stay. Joe was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate an early check in based on our need for that. That was very much appreciated and would recommend this property and any others he may have, based on that service alone!

I recently stayed at 42nd while in Birmingham for work. The location was perfect. Easy walk to charming shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to other parts of Birmingham. The interiors were styled to perfection, with McKenzie's art showcased throughout the home. Furnishings were comfortable and immaculately kept. Such a beautiful home. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return soon!

Joanna's apartment was great! Beautifully updated and simply decorated. Firm beds, spotless showers and kitchen, comfortable den furniture. perfect for our brief stay for college Orientation.

Condo was perfect for our weekend visit. Lauren gave great recommendations for restaurants & shopping. She was very easy to communicate with. Fell in love with Homewood, such a quiet peaceful place. I even sat outside on the rock wall in the fern garden & read while the rest of my crew napped. Will definitely reach out to Lauren again when planning our next visit.

Joycelyn's place is perfect if you want a nice quite place that feels like home. We were there for a wedding and to have some fun exploring the city of Birmingham. This condo was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing! Joycelyn was very responsive. Her place was very clean and had all of the items you need to enjoy a short weekend or a longer stay. The area that it is located in is beautiful! We will stay here again! Short but sweet! We only spent two nights at Bob’s Place but it was a lovely stay. The condo was spotless and very comfortable, and Bob was a gracious host. Hopefully, next time will be longer.
