The 1812 wing building has been carefully restored to recreate the feeling of the building period with typical colours, textiles and furniture. 140 sqm are at your disposal. Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cosy little farm, only an hour from Stockholm. The farm dates from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll, you can relax or use it as a base for discovering Södermanland. Next to the guest house, there is a residential building, several barns and a hen house. The farm is home to the farm's darlings Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dogs Isa and Snö, the Wallisian Blacknose sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa, and the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

The house is surrounded by beautiful forest and garden which gives access to lovely forest walks where you can pick blueberries in the summer and mushrooms in the autumn. It is an indescribable feeling to wake up early in the morning, have a cup of coffee, sit on the balcony and watch nature wake up.
