This is a fun 1,000 sq. foot space that is very modern and new. It is only used for guests, so I decided to put it on Airbnb. This is a private dwelling and I know you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for looking! If needed, there is a chair lift.
“This was the second time for me to stay at Adrienne’s place and i loved every bit of it! I was in the area to attend a conference at the national guard headquarters which was only a 4-5 minute drive. I was extremely impressed by how clean and comfortable the unit was both times that I’ve stayed. Luckily for me, I had the pleasure of meeting Adrienne whom was extremely kind and fun to talk with. I wish I had more time to get to know such a sweet and generous host! Overall, I will certainly choose to stay here in future years for this conference and I encourage anyone else to do so. I 100% recommend!”
Penthouse condo located on the Geist Reservoir. Less than 30 minutes from downtown and less than 10 miles from Ruoff Music Center. It is also approximately 20 miles and 30-35 minutes away from Grand Park Sports Complex.
“My husband and I stayed at Alexander’s place during our remodel For three days and actually Are staying there again for two weeks. It is beautifully decorated, comfy bed and pillows & Has everything you need - down to bottled water,coffee & snacks. The view of Geist Lake is beautiful! I will definitely be recommending his place to my friends and family! He is super quick to respond to any of your needs! You won’t go wrong with staying at his place! M.M”
The bright and sunny studio apartment is a just few blocks from Butler University. It is equipped with a private bath, kitchen, washer and dryer and a 42' TV with basic cable. The bathroom has a deep custom tub/shower and is stocked with the basics. The memory foam queen bed is very comfortable and is dressed with fresh linens. There is also off street parking on the left side of the driveway. Walking distance to Butler, grocery and restaurants.
“Connie's Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is roomy and spacious and decorated very nicely. It was clean and homey and had plenty of towels and other amenities. A wonderful stay and would recommend anyone in the area to book this space.”
