My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.

A small charming farmhouse getaway!

Our little farmhouse has been completely renovated and furnished with period antiques. It features a large kitchen, living room dining room combination, two bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a full sized bed and the other bedroom has two twin sized beds. The farmhouse was originally built in the early 1900s and is located on a farm. There is no WiFi so you can check out and enjoy quiet. It is located 10 miles west of Athens, Al and 5 miles from the Tennessee River.
