“Great welcome in a beautiful location in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Large building perfectly clean and available for cooking and relaxing. Private bathroom with towels. Beautiful and large swimming pool in a huge garden where there is a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted by Federica, Enrico and the children with great kindness. Perfect night in a very comfortable super comfort bed. Thank you for this very relaxing break.”

Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy an Italian breakfast. Leaning Tower of Pisa is 5 km from B&B di Corsa, while Botanical Gardens of Pisa is 5 km away. The nearest airport is Pisa International Airport, 4 km from the property.
“We were so happy with our stay at B&B di Corsa. My husband, two girls (11 and 8) and I spent two nights at this lovely apartment. Our host, Angela, was warm, welcoming and very accommodating. We arrived much later than expected, and she never gave us a hard time. She responds very quickly to Airbnb messages as well as texts. The space was obviously renovated with much care, and together with how it is decorated, was very stylish and inviting. The breakfast spread is FANTASTIC! Angela offered so many different options, from cereal, to pastries to coffee for my husband and I and hot chocolate for our daughters. The location is so close to the city center (12-15 minutes by car), yet set back a bit so you get more of a country, natural feel from its location. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, and the nearby park and walking trail are worth a visit. We would definitely come back when in the Pisa area again.”
Splendid historical estate handed down for generations, plunged in the green of Tuscany. There are 5 accomodations , including a villa, for a total of 26 beds, all rentable together. Each has its entrance and a magnificent view. Cacciatori apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large and sunny lounge with fireplace and a kitchen, and a nice balcony with a view. Guests can enjoy a private space in the park of the estate and enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and tennis court.
“A grand and impressive entrance leads to an extensive property that was once an olive farm and now completely managed by the Fattoria Laviosa team. The Cacciatori appartment is situated above, what was once the Dairy, but now the property manager's office and the appartment of one of the staff. In contrast to some of the other appartments on the property, it has its own private external entrance and therefore quite secluded. The appartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated including a large selection of 'coffee table' books. The kitchen is extemely well appointed with modern cabinets and appliances plus all the pans and essentials you might require. The bathroom is a little more bijou and could probably benefit from a little better drainage in the shower. Note that if you are travelling with children that there isn't a DVD player but there is a huge selection of channels on a digi-box albeit mostly italian. The grounds are extensive and it was very interesting having a wander around all the various buildings and discovering various tunnels and caves (safely gated) that seemed to lead underneath! Our two young boys loved the accessible chicken run and would dash down to collect eggs in the morning that were free of charge. The pool and the tennis court were a little further away than expected (nearly 300m), being at the other end of the property; closer to the newer and very fabulous Villa. We had both pretty much to ourselves so that was a fantastic benefit but made sure we took everything that we needed and would spend several hours there. For some reason the pool was quite salty when we stayed which must have been down to their treatment plan and the spring board had been removed for 'safety reasons' but otherwise it, and the surrounding sunbeds and canopies, were great. The property was just on the outskirts of the lovley village of Fauglia, around 1.6km from the main central square so a fair walk for adults but not really doable for small children. There is good parking in the San Lorenzo Square and a little more behind the Town Hall down a steep ramp so driving to the centre is fine if one doesn't mind being a designated driver. In the square there is a reasonable selection of cafes and restuaraunts of varying price bands. Barbara, the Host is very well versed with all of these and probably quite well known in the village. She also helped develop the app that accompanies the property (yes really!) called Cicero Concierge which has loads of advice and guidance for the local area and tourist attractions further afield. The app is quite sophisticated with built in Apple maps guidance for each location and links to the phone dialler. I would only suggest that the suggested locations include an address and / or postcode so this can then be programmed into the Sat-Nav in the car. All in all, a wonderful short stay in an authentic and secluded property within a very short drive of Pisa airport and many of Tuscany's best attractions.”
