The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

The Potter's House

It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.

New luxurious house, located at the ground floor it is part of a 3- floor complex of traditional houses built in 2016 with amazing view of Pagasetic gulf. Enjoy the sea view and dreamful sunsets in a such a peaceful and relaxing place. Consisted out of a well equipped kitchen along with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room (80 sq. m total). It offers breathtaking views over the entire Pagasetic Gulf and the mountain of the "Centaurs". It features two floors and a 1,000 sq.m. garden with fruit trees, herbs, and a vegetable garden.

Villa Ira consists of a large living room with spacious sofas with a special design adapted to modern Architecture, a balcony with a wonderful view of the beaches of Banana and Koukounaries. Even full kitchen for the preparation of breakfast and meals. Two bedrooms with a lovely balcony and high quality mattresses.
