Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The Cottage is in the garden of Villa Maria, a 1920's villa restored in 1990, located in front of the beach of Reno di Leggiuno. Today, Villa Maria is divided into four duplex apartments, Villa Maria 1, Villa Maria 2, Villa Maria 3, Villa Maria 4 and this fully independent, cosy cottage. Casa la Fontana is an apartment on the second floor of a railing house in the historic center of Laveno. The area is very quiet but at the same time within walking distance of the town center, the lake, the train station, the ferry station and the cable car to the top of Sasso del Ferro. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a corner with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom, one with 2 single beds and on request a camping cot for children under 4 years old.

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
