Perche house 150 km W Paris, charm and comfort

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city center, 15 min drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open depending on the number of guests. Example: 1 bedroom = 1 guest. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for a supplement of €10/person to have towels.
