A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Large, quiet house benefiting from an enclosed garden and patios, with outdoor landscaping and views of a dovecote. Ground floor: large fitted kitchen, 2 living rooms with direct access to the garden, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a separate bathroom and a work area. Equipped with fiber optic cable and Chrome TV.

Stone barn renovated into 2 adjoining cottages separated by a large interior garden area. It's a cozy cottage that I offer you, ideal for resting in the countryside at the farm. Peaceful covered terrace with private hot tub at each cottage (not allowed for young children) Ideal for 4 people or a couple Pleasant view, very quiet location. Lauzun has a small supermarket, restaurants and bars as well as a baker, butcher and pharmacist Eymet has plenty of places to eat or drink.

Nice little apartment of about 60 m2, located on the 1st floor in a building in the city center of Eymet. Close to all shops (bar, restaurant, bakery, etc.). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people maximum, it includes a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a large living room with equipped kitchen and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed for a second bed. Self check-in or hand delivery of keys.
