Outbuilding of 42 m2, located in a subdivision villa in the countryside, but at the gates of Toulouse. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, one bedroom that can accommodate 3 people (double bed and single bunk bed), TV. The living room is equipped with a Futon sofa/2 seats, convertible and can accommodate one or two people. Possibility of renting a baby bed, 3 TVs. Roller shutters. Possibility of access to the swimming pool during the summer period (see terms and conditions below).

It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away
