Welcome to stay in our apartment. This location was completed in the end of August 2017:). There’s a large living room, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, a bed room and a sauna. Accommodates 4 persons. The apartment is not suitable for parties larger than 4 person as it is a quiet family neighbourhood. Bright and open rooms, comfortable bed, a sofa bed and a balcony.
“Location, while being close to the sea in an area with a lot of families and kids, you have your space if you wish too, and you also have great possibilities if you travel with kid. The house was fresh and provided information very well. We had a few requests that were dealt with fast and communication was fast and easy. We ended up staying for almost 3 weeks. Jätkäsaari is a developing part of town, but construction was happening a bit further so there was no disturbance. The estate is tranquile but if you wish for more action the tram stop is just around the corner and city lights are within walking distance. I am very happy to recommend this!”

The compact studio has all you need for your stay whether leisure or business. The studio is located by a quiet street in Lauttasaari, around 2,5-3 kilometers from Helsinki city center. Lauttasaari is a peaceful and safe residential area surrounded by sea. You can enjoy great nature yet all services e.g. supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, metro are nearby.
“Wonderfully clean, cozy and quiet studio apartment and a really friendly renter. Cooking was nice when there were new and tasteful dishes and work necessities (e.g. butter, oil and sea salt for the house). An ironing board also opened from one of the kitchen drawers. The location is really convenient, although at first it may seem to be far from the center. You can get to the city center and back quickly by metro, and if you don't want to walk to the metro, the bus-metro combination is also easy to get to, as the bus stop is very close. For me, Lauttasaari is a less familiar area, so beach walks in Vattuniemi were also a nice experience. I saw something in Helsinki that I have not normally experienced. I recommend!”
