Our place is within minutes of beautiful Lakes (swimming in clear water), Highline 179 the world's longest suspension bridge, Neuschwanstein Castle of King Ludwig II of Bavari, the remains (ruins) of castle Ehrenberg, Skiing –region, Nature Park Lechtal, mountainbiking, paragliding, mountain climbing, alp hiking, hiking trails. You will love it because of: quiet neighborhood, king size bed, outside space, parking, light and cleanliness. It fits perfect for families and couples.

The apartment is about 75 square meters and has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with daylight. If necessary, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Buxheim is a very nice recreational area with a swimming pond and forest ponds. The legendary baker can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. From the Memmingen highway you can reach us in about 10 minutes. The airport is a 15-minute drive.

Welcome to the beautiful city of Memmingen. Our apartment is in the best location, right in the city center. The main train station with direct connection to the airport is just a 3-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity is the pedestrian zone with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.
