The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Vacation home Trendelmühle Lautrach

The miller's flat by the 'Trendel' mill, which is located under the same roof as the grain mill, was renovated in 2021. Mentioned was the Trendelmühle anno 1317 and 1417, once castle mill of the castle Lautrach. The apartment consists on the ground floor of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, which opens onto the dining and living area, and a small guest toilet in the entrance area. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area and a large flat screen TV.

Welcome to our modern, newly furnished holiday apartment in Aitrach! The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and has a large roof terrace for relaxing. You can reach the swimming lake in just 5 minutes. The beautiful Iller cycle paths run very close by. Several playgrounds are within easy walking distance, and there is a restaurant right next door. The central location makes the apartment the ideal base for families, cyclists and those seeking relaxation.

Small, fine apartment

The apartment is in a quiet location, has its own entrance and is approximately 70 m² in size. It is suitable for up to 4 people, possibly with a child. The price is for 2 people. Each additional person costs an extra 15 euros. There is a large bedroom with a 140x200 + 90x200 bed. There is also a fold-out 180x200 cm sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen and is furnished with a TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and dining table.
