“The place is located in the beautiful and rather unspoiled Valle del Vanoi. Canal San Bovo is a small village which does have two supermarkets and some other small shops. I you are looking for more, Mezzano and Fiera di Primiero, both quite cozy places, are at about 10-15 minutes away through the tunnel (that valley is a lot more touristic). Canal San Bovo is an excellent place to explore the valley both by bike and for hikers. The apartment was sparkling clean and thoughtfully decorated. It is spacious and has great views on the surrounding mountains from the balcony. And if you happen to get some bad weather, Venice where the weather is usually a lot warmer is only like two hours away by car. It is definitely recommended to have a car. Elisabetta and her husband are very accommodating hosts that responded very quickly to whatever question we had. Definitely a place we will want to come back to.”
Chalet in the green heart of Trentino,UNIQUE because of its location, surrounded by a dense forest and a creek. The chalet can sleep 6, there is a kitchen with living room, bathroom , sauna and tree house. For sportpeople, even a football field.
“We stayed at the chalet for three nights with our 11-year-old son and our two dogs. We had a great time. The soccer pitch and the foosball and ping pong tables were a hit with my husband and son! The dogs enjoyed running around the yard as it’s nice and secluded. Our car couldn’t make it up the very steep driveway to the chalet, but Roberta and her Jeep were happy to ferry us back and forth from the chalet to where our car was parked at the lower end of the driveway. Roberta was so kind and stopped by with snacks a few times while we were there—apple strudel, hot chocolate and biscuits, crepes, aperitivo snacks—it was amazing! We’d definitely return.”
