Holiday rentals with beach access in Laurium

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

Great view from the patio. Very modern and clean. Great location near the coast beach clubs and posiden temple.

Lovely spacious apartment with a great view

Kostas and his family were very helpful and friendly during our trip. They were the best hosts. The listing was just as described. The terrace facing the sea is great and it was nice to eat and spend time with the family. Three bedrooms allowed family members to have their own peace. The sea is right next door and a couple of hundred meters away is the nearest beach for swimming, the larger sandy beaches are a kilometer and two kilometers away. We also had the company of an adorable female cat, who is really friendly and people-oriented. Remember to put water on the table for him! The village of Daskalio has really steep hills, so you have to drive carefully with the car and if you do jogging, there are good opportunities for uphill training. The area is peaceful and when we were there before the actual summer holiday season, the restaurants were not open for a week. The nearest decent grocery stores are in Keratéa, so driving is necessary.

We had a very nice and relaxing time in Saronida. The apartment was very clean with modern and new furnishings. The absolute plus was the large terrace, with a great view of the sea. Anyone who is bothered by possible street noise should consider booking, it was not a problem for us. Communication and tips were great 👍

Spiros is a nice person and was great with communication. Unit was clean and just about 5 minutes from the central area.

My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Short distance to the supermarket and the beach. We really appreciated the flexibility around checking in and out. Without hesitation, Panos even helped us out with driving us to the airport as we couldn’t get hold of an Uber. Thank you for everything! I hope we’ll be back some day :-)

Nice place with good views.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I felt comfortable with her right away. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could help in any way. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. Beautiful clean interior of Airbnb with beautiful tranquil garden. Very helpful host communicating thru Airbnb. Just know that when you walk around on city streets, it’s messy and dirty with trash everywhere-nothing to do with the Airbnb, it’s just how it is. The beach is a quick 10 min walk and beach/mountain scenery is beautiful.

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

Good experience, the place is as pictured. Rooftop is a great place to spend some time. We used this as a 'close to airport' instead of a longer drive from Nafplio. As such we didn't explore the area - seems largely residential, but quite a few restaurants are within walking distance.

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

Very nice appartnment and perfect communication as always

This apartment was ideal for a short stay in Athens. We were there for 2 nights. Vangelis collected us and was extremely helpful regarding local recommendations to minding our bags. The location was in a quiet local area with lovely beaches. It was loud at night but earplugs were provided.

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!

Highly recommend! Achilles is a great and responsive host, and the place is fantastic! Lovely rooftop with sunset views over the water; close walk to beach and lake and lots of restaurants. Look forward to staying again!
