Welcome homely feel. Well appointed. Very responsive. Delicious, generous platter upon arrival plus heating and lights on. Much appreciated on a wet, cold winters night. We enjoyed our stay over the long weekend.

perfect little spot in Hepburn, Sharee was flexible and the place was so easy to check in to, even at 8pm in the dark (they left the lights on for us) bedrooms are get, multiple bathrooms and overall just a spacious environmental! One thing i will mention, coffee and tea is not provided at this house, so bring your own!

Great property, wonderfully location and absolute amazing architecture, outstanding interior design and an overall sense of comfort. Dayget made it very easy to check in and out. The whole process was very seamless. We didnt want to leave and will definitely be back!!

We returned for another gorgeous mini break and love this extraordinary house and rural outlook with dog friendly spaces. Short drive to great local cafe ☕️ and pub and a bit further for wineries walking trails and country gifts John is a wonderful host.

Jennifer and David’s house is a fabulous place to stay in Daylesford! The house itself is modern, clean, spacious, has excellent amenity, and special bonus features including pool, spa and sauna! Communication was easy, always prompt and informative. Will be back. Highly recommend!

Shelley and Simon’s place was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and it was perfectly close by to the wedding that was in the area. It’s very private, close distance to the Main Street and lake - the house was very clean and well looked after. Would recommend this stay to all!

From the moment we walked through the gate and the manicured garden and entered the house we felt right at home. Inside was tastefully decorated and felt very luxurious. The home is warm and spacious and the wood heater in the lounge was a delight to have on the cold Daylesford nights. The house is located in a very quiet street and there is plenty of privacy whether you’re inside or outside enjoying the fire pit or patio. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of action but our host communicated openly and clearly about it and kept us informed of progress to rectify it. When it wasn’t able to be up and running while we were there an appropriate refund was applied. We highly recommend a stay at Greenleaf and appreciated the peace and tranquility of the home and great host who was friendly and very responsive.

A genuinely great stay. Doug clearly takes great pride in ensuring the house is prepared for a comfortable and enjoyable time. Walkable to the main strip at Woodend, the home is well laid out, well appointed and comfortable. Having stayed during winter, the central heating and wood fire made it a very cosy space to spend cold and wet nights. We would definitely stay with Doug on our next trip to Woodend.

Enjoyed spending Mothers day here with my daughters, a roaring log fire for the cooler evenings and a beautiful sunrise over the lake to wake up to . A perfect spot to unwind. The home is very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy meals at home. Well stocked pantry and herbs in the garden. A perfect place to unwind and a wonderful base to explore the surrounding areas. Hope to come back very soon.

We had a wonderful stay in this tiny home! Our host was amazing and very attentive. The house was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I love the use of the outdoor area and fire pit as the bbq was perfect and easy to use. The surroundings were very peaceful and the sunrise in the morning was beautiful, would definitely recommend!

I recently stayed two nights at this property, and it was a great little getaway. The location is peaceful and conveniently close to both Tylden and Woodend, making it easy to explore the area without being right in the middle of the hustle. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was cozy, and the surrounding area had a lovely countryside feel. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. All in all, a great spot for a quiet weekend escape or a base to explore the Macedon Ranges. Would definitely consider staying again!

Staying at The Nest On The Hill was a delight. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean. Beautifully decorated & super comfy beds. Carmel was extremely responsive & friendly. My four old son didn’t want to leave 💛 Highly recommended!

Perfect place to lounge around the fire in the afternoons and evenings playing board games, or play a bit of frisbee in the large garden! The warm morning sun streams through the windows to enjoy your morning coffee - with much appreciated espresso machine provided. Excellent spot to head straight out the gate to go on walks through the forest, and all the way to Trentham if you wish. We didn’t make it there as we had everything we needed to spend the 3 days just enjoying the house!

We booked Jo's place for two nights for a family celebration (eight adults and two small children). Jo was extremely responsive to any request we had, and very easy and flexible to deal with at all times. The house was delightful - modern, spacious, bush outlook, exactly as advertised. There was even a lovely welcome hamper in the kitchen on arrival. It all made for a memorable weekend, Thanks Jo! 10/10

Although attached to the main house the accommodation was extremely private and in a beautiful setting with lovely views. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside decks due to the rain but were extremely happy to laze near the cozy wood fire and use the luxurious bathtub. Everything was absolutely spotless, the bed was very comfy and the fresh eggs, yummy bread, wine & chocolates very much appreciated. Thank you Michelle for a very peaceful and relaxing weekend. We had the pleasure of staying here for my partner’s birthday. The place was clean and beautifully presented. We especially loved the steam shower and the indoor jacuzzi. The hot tub water threw us off a little at first, but after the host explained it, it made sense. I feel the bed could be improved—I didn’t find the pillow and blanket as comfortable as I would’ve liked. On our first night, there was a blackout while we were showering, but thankfully the emergency line was helpful and the power came back quickly. We also really enjoyed the fireplace and had fun starting it ourselves, including the one outside. Note: there are no towel racks, so we moved the one from the room closer to the bathroom for convenience. Although the kitchen is quite small, we still managed to cook a simple steak and mash dinner. We also loved the toilet—it kept us warm, and we appreciated the air freshener spray, which most Airbnbs don’t have. All the little thoughtful touches didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you

We had a wonderful escape for a couple of nights in a really peaceful and beautiful setting. While I could talk about how it matched its description, that the place was spotless, or that sitting in front of the fire felt so homely, there were a couple of things that stood out for me personally. Firstly, as someone who has managed to have tatami rooms in a few houses that I have lived in, and unfortunately doesn't have the space now, being able to sit on tatami and just chat was just lovely. Secondly, as someone who has spent many hours in sento in Japan, being able to sit on a stool and wash before hopping in a deep bath brought back wonderful memories. So all in all, a wonderful space with a really responsive host.
