Great cozy place that fit our needs.. Very quiet with great surroundings. Kitchen had everything we needed and the check out instructions were clear and posted. Family would love to return some day.

Carlton was very responsive and even checked on us after a bad storm came through. The house was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in every way… We “highly recommend” staying here if you desire a hassle free vacation on the water! Not only is the home beautifully decorated and extremely clean, it has everything ‘extra’ you may need as well… such as electronic device charging stations, extra blankets, comfortable seating indoor and outdoors, game room, toys, games, baby/toddler amenities, life vests, fishing rods, kayaks, and the list goes on and on. Kitchen is totally stocked with any utensil you could imagine, pots & pans, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and many thoughtful things such as a snack bar, coffee and amenities. Beds were comfy and bathrooms had extra toiletries such as shampoo, body soap, Qtips, extra tissue, blow dryer, curling iron, etc. Honestly all you need to bring are your personal belongings and groceries! This has been the “Best” place we’ve stayed thus far and it was such a fun experience! The hosts were also great, and very responsive. Don’t miss out on this one!!!

Donna and her husband were wonderful hosts. Their property is very peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend staying there and plan to stay there again myself.

This cabin is absolutely amazing. I plan to book it again next year when I come down to SC.

Natalia and Mark were PHENOMENAL hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house had all the amenities that you would need and was very comfortable for our family of 6. They were such a blessing! They communicated super quick and were extremely helpful and kind. I hope The Lord continues to bless them.

Kendall’s spot was an excellent choice for our family vacation. Beautiful views, spacious, and relatively close to anything you could want to do while on the lake. We especially appreciated the seemingly endless amount of balcony and dock space to hang out on. We’d absolutely recommend the place to any family looking for a peaceful lake house getaway!

Staying at Talia's place was a blessing! We made last minute plans due to unforeseen circumstances and everything just fell into place perfectly! The home was so clean, peaceful and spacious, with all of the amenities we needed! Talia always responded quickly to my emails. What a relief it was to be together with family in such a lovely home, especially splashing in the pool!!! Our family had a wonderful time and we're quite pleased. Enough space for 4 people. Memory foam beds, very comfy. Kitchen well-stocked and nice backyard area. Ten minute walk to the metro, takes about an hour to get to locations in Manhattan. Having some space made the commute worthwhile and Queens has some cool neighborhoods to explore (Jackson Heights). Will be back for our next New York adventure!

i come to town every few months for a week and this is the place to stay if 5 stars is for the best i would give andrew and his place 6 STARS!!!

From the four-legged welcoming committee to making sure I was okay when a storm passed through, Margaret and John were great people. Very welcoming. Only surprise was that the "private apartment" was not as separate from their living area as I expected based on the description. Wasn't any issue with it, I just would suggest installing a door with soundproofing. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great host and loved the pool.

I came into the are to spend the holidays with family. My initial impression was that the pictures did not do the home justice. The home was cozy and inviting. I was able to bring my dogs which eased holiday stress for me. The neighborhood was quiet and no outdoor noise bled into the space. I would love to come back in warmer weather to explore the cute downtown area. 100% recommend and will look for this place again for future visits!
