“When I booked this room, I was really looking at the map for a location that would help me get to my end point. This could have been my end point. Robert’s Airbnb is a destination in and of itself. As a historical site, it is so well kept that you really feel like you’re stepping into history. I always wanted to sleep in a bed that had a canopy top and at Robert’s Airbnb, I did. I definitely could have spent more than the one night that I did. Robert is very friendly and provided many helpful tips about the area. I highly recommend staying here - make sure you see the gardens and the pool! Ten star experience. (And the bed was super comfy.)”
Enjoy this cozy Carriage House at High House Farm next to the Moss Foundation, a great place to ride your horse or just walk or hike! Queen Bed, Internet, TV, Coffee Maker (& Coffee), Fridge, Pool & Fire Pit. Just minutes to hip downtown Southern Pines and the great golf in Pinehurst! Well behaved dogs are welcome (no cats... sorry I am allergic) ($25 pet fee, limit of 2), but dogs must leashed at all times, however we do have a private dog yard where they can run FREE and play!
“My family and I truly enjoyed our short and sweet stay here, such a beautiful space that was quiet and Serene. My kids loved the open land, enjoyed a splash around in the pool and got a kick out of the friendly and loving animals. We mostly stayed on the property but did take a short walk to explore the moss foundation near by( just lovely). We also enjoyed a late dinner at The Bell Tree Tavern. Jamie reccomended this place and it was so good! (When you go; because you must go.. Try the sweet chilli wings, honey burning salad and veggie dip!) I was so happy to see my teenager take break from City life and unwind a bit. My son kept a smile and enjoyed the outdoors. He loved the tree swing and hanging out with the horse Johnny. I could tell he was sad to leave. The room was so cozy with the most stylish decor and everything you need to feel at right at home. The coffee was great to have right before jumping back on the road. The Helpful and friendly neighbors were a plus. Can't wait to come back!”

“The treehouse is not necessarily in a tree, per see, but it's a raised, yurt style home setting with all of the creature comforts and modern amenities that you could possible want with beauitiful 360' window views out of your home, looking out onto the lake and part of a golf course, as well as mature landscaping of beautiful pine trees. The treehouse comes with a small kitchen, so feel free to bring food if you feel like cooking. It has a full friedge and utilizes/pots, etc. that you can use to cook., including a very nice coffee machine. The queen bed is incredibly comfortable, as is the sofa where we watched some tv after coming back from hiking some trails. The nature walks around Pinehurts are beautiful and I'm so glad I have the opportunity to view them! The decorations were on point with regards to where we were staying, which made you feel more immersed in the experience. You can tell they went to a lot of trouble to make the treehouse look and feel comfortable and spacious, which they absolutely succeed at!”
