Enjoy a beautiful enclosed garden, featuring a lovely acacia tree that provides natural shade, ideal for alfresco dining. 15 minutes from Condom (Bandas Festival), 30 minutes from Vic-Fezensac (Pentecôtavic, salsa) and Nérac, close to the Gallo-Roman site of Séviac.

This 80 m2 cottage, adjoining our home, has just been completely renovated and designed so guests can enjoy a beautiful multicolored and hilly landscape with serenity. This accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts and opens directly onto a private wooded park, allowing you to relax in a real green setting. Free parking is available near the cottage and access is independent.

It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for max 8/10 people. A perfect location to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the amenities of the surrounding tourist towns and villages.

This 60 m2 accommodation, on the ground floor, is entirely for you. Surrounded by vineyards, it is 100 m from the Condom/Montréaldu Gers greenway, 6 km from Gondrin (by road or greenway) where you will find all amenities as well as a leisure center (open in summer). Parking is available in front of the house. The bed will be made upon arrival (linen included) The gîte allows you to be independent. Breakfasts are not provided.

Located on the edge of the village of Mézin in the Lot et Garonne. While enjoying a touch of nature and full privacy of the garden, you are minutes away from the village’s shops and fresh produce in the market on Thursday and Sunday.
