The studio has a kitchen, living room and queen-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Hoover, iron and ironing board are also in the flat. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat has a balcony with a view of the Saar loop and the Hochwald. The balcony is furnished with sun loungers, chairs with cushions, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue.

Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition. Our approx. 50 square meter apartment is lovingly equipped with a sleeping gallery and living room (sleeps 4), kitchenette with dishwasher, underfloor heating, etc.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

The house is located in Perl-Büschdorf, directly on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. 10 km from the Luxembourg, 2 km from the French border. I live in the house, but am absent when renting it out, with evtl. the exception of arrival and departure day. Space is normaly for 2 adults/couple with children or 2 couples. There are 2 beds of 1.40 m each.
