+++ WICHTIG: Aktuell finden, bis voraussichtlich Ende Mai, Dacharbeiten am Haus statt. Es steht ein Gerüst am Haus. Unsere Terrasse kann aber ganz normal genutzt werden. Es wird immer nur unter der Woche gearbeitet. Nicht am Wochenende und nicht an Feiertagen. +++ Unsere Ferienwohnung im schönen Allgäu liegt in einem ehemaligen umgebauten Schulgebäude. Der Ort liegt abseits der Touristenströme. Am Dorfrand hat man aber tolle Ausblicke auf das Panorama der Allgäuer Alpen.

When arriving, the mountain panorama and the expanses of the surrounding area impress. Our studios offer the retreat and a haven of peace for a once-in-a-lifetime getaway amidst enchanting Allgäu. There is a variety of lifts, trails and hiking trails in the Alps 25 minutes away. Idyllic lakes and rivers with easy walking trails are minutes away.

Light-flooded apartment in Kempten

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

The apartment is in a quiet and idyllic location not far from the city of Kempten (Allgäu) with great mountain views. Direct highway connection (A7). Perfect for singles or couples. There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

Die umfangreich ausgestattete, gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des Allgäus, inklusive Alpenpanorama und Waldidyll. Über die Terrasse trittst du in das Hauptzimmer, in dem sich ein bequemes Doppelbett, Fernseher, Mini-Küche mit kleinem Essbereich sowie ein separates Bad mit Dusche und WC befindet. Einfach einziehen und wohlfühlen! :-)

Alpenblick vacation home in Kempten

LIVE IN THE CITY AND LIVE LIKE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. The renovated apartment (61 square meters) is located in the basement and can be reached via its own covered staircase. The apartment is bright, friendly and located in a very quiet neighborhood in the town of Kempten. From every window, you can look out over a large and beautifully overgrown garden. The apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture and an awning.

This place is unique. You'll be staying at the Mercedes Camper built in 1971. With little frills - simple.SCHÖN.Simpel.
