Spacious, peaceful studio apartment with pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.

We had a fantastic stay at the White House. Alexia was an excellent host responding quickly to any queries. The studio is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Beautiful scenery and only a few minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely be back 😍

Mediterranean Seaside Authentic Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was an easy get in using a lockbox directly outside the house and everything was in good shape for our arrival. We didn’t meet our hosts but there was no need. If there were any questions, we used the Air B&B messaging service and received a prompt reply. The house is a five-minute walk to the closest, and we felt nicest, beach in Latchi. We particularly enjoyed the back area of the house which was a perfect for having breakfast, listening to bird song and visits from the local cats. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in a less touristy area in Cyprus.

We arrived late at night in a rented car and there was nice parking close by. Check-in easily went through a lockbox that Andreas had already described. The apartment was as described, cozy and with a nice view of the harbor from a lovely balcony that we used every night. It is close to very fine dining and a very cozy harbor life, with plenty of options.. we can recommend LATCHI WATERSPORTS CENTER where we rented a boat and sailed out and saw the beautiful coastline. We also got diving lessons (super cool experience) All in all, we highly recommend the apartment and its location. Thank you for the “loan” Andreas we had a wonderful holiday. The pool and outside area was great and easy to keep an eye on children, the surrounding area was good with a few tavernas, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance or just a short drive away with a couple of free car parks. Some nice tavernas and attractions within relatively short drive distance away. Koula reponded promptly when there was an A/C problem.
