James' place in Portmagee was exactly the respite we needed after several days of hustle and bustle. Great location with views of the bay and the small family farm. Very peaceful for anyone looking to relax. The family owns a whiskey distillery and does tastings right next door - you do not want to skip this! Easily one of our favorite new whiskeys, especially the 9 year. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely location and very kind hosts! The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. It was perfect to see the Kerry Cliffs (stunning!) and continue on to visiting the Killarney area. We had a wonderful time - thank you so much for hosting us!

Lovely modern two bedroom apartment with a large smart tv. Separate utility room was very handy for the airfryer and coffee machine we brought with us. Generous welcome pack of scones, bread and jams on arrival. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering needs. Host was able to provide high chair, cot and black out blind for our toddler.
