We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

Perfect vacation spot. We had our 6 months old daughter and Licia provided chairs, bed and bath for the baby. We came by car and could easily explore the area from here. Would gladly come back

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Lovely garden, spacious rooms, excellent location for visiting Rome using the Metro and great for visiting nearby places (Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Frascati) by car. Very convenient for supermarket.

Nicola was extremely communicative and helpful. The place was relatively easy to find and the instructions to enter the stay were very clear. The location was great for seeing lots of popular attractions in Rome as you only have to get on one train and it is only a 5 min walk from the station. The place was clean and the patio was very nice to relax on after a long day.

Elisa is very welcoming and the bed is very comfortable. Close to the sea and accessible by bus from Rome. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a supermarket. A little noisy road just next door.

Nice apartment in quiet surroundings. Clean and tidy when we arrived. Marco was very friendly and arranged transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

The house was great, and Manuel was very helpful and responsive at all times. Everything was clean and organized, everything we needed was there, from basic kitchen and cooking supplies, to cleaning supplies, toilet papers, towels … etc. My only concern was not having a door to the second bedroom, yet it was not an issue and it was somehow private. The place is close to public transportation, and the neighborhood is very nice, basically everything you need is around the corner. I highly recommend it and I really appreciate how helpful Manuel was.

Beautiful stay at Salvatore's, who is a lovely host. The apartment is beautiful, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the quiet and a beautiful terrace close to the sea and to spend peaceful evenings on the terrace. Good location, good access to public transit. Very clean apartment and accommodating host. I was pleasantly surprised.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Super clean accommodation. Super nice host

Simple fins cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always there for us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and in the area there are many more wonderful destinations for activities. The cottage has everything you need. In case of any issues or questions, the two hosts are available at any time. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Marco’s place is incredible. We felt so lucky to be perched on the edge of beautiful Sermoneta admiring the view from the terrace. It was so quiet that we could only hear the birds and the insects. The pool was lovely and the house is one of a kind. We were a family of 4 and managed with taxis and the train. The train into Rome is quick and comfortable and, like many others, we really valued the peace of Sermoneta after the bustle of Rome.

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.
