The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to give you the experience, the pampering, of your home but on holiday. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sun loungers and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. the place was very nice, we noticed it already from the outside, then the clear and simple instructions,the inside of the building was very stylish modern and really clean it offers a great impact very nice and comfortable apartment i recommend it

Daniele is a super host. Very helpful and proactive. The flat was spotless and very close to all the amenities with a terrific view of the hanour, beach and sea. Close to the station for day trips to Rome. I would highly recommend Daniele’s flat . We had a wonderful stay . 😁

I found a bright and clean home. The bathroom with a window !!!Gianluca also met me warmly about check-in time. It was a peaceful stay.

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

The apartment is really beautiful and matches the photos uploaded in the listing. It is in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum. We always walked to visit the city. Pietro Maria is very helpful and when we needed some guidance he immediately provided us with all the necessary information. The real treat is the apartment's garden 😉 Highly recommended!

Giuseppe and Lucrezia's apartment far exceeded our expectations. It's spacious, complete and very clean. It has everything you need and much more to enjoy your stay. The location is unbeatable, it has neighborhood life, with bars and restaurants nearby, at the same time, it is very well connected to the most important tourist points. The hosts were very kind, they were attentive to everything, they left us coffee, tea and sweets for breakfast as well as a variety of drinks in the fridge. Hopefully we can be back soon.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
