Loft holiday rentals in Latin America

We enjoyed our stay in this studio. It has all the things you could need. Loved all the plants. Simple but efficient and in a good walkable location. Has some nice bars and coffee shops nearby and is a short walk to Roma Norte. Felt safe staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay here! It was our first time visiting NOLA and we were on the fence about renting a car and ultimately had no need— this location is great, easy access to the street car/bus stops and super walkable to Magazine st and st Charles. The shower water pressure isn’t the strongest I’ve ever experienced, but it gets plenty hot and I personally love the character of a clawfoot. The record player was a thoughtful, classic jazzy touch that started our mornings off great! Thank you Caliope, hopefully we’ll be back soon!!!

This place is awesome! Right in the heart of the city on Main St so everything is in walking distance. The host explained everything and the place was very nice. This will be our spot everyone we come back to visit.

muy cerca del malecon, vista increíble, solo si son personas que no pueden subir escaleras, no se los recomiendo ya que son varios pisos para subir pero esta increíble la vista al despertar y la terraza

What a view. This place has a really special location overlooking the region. And it’s a comfortable loft. The hosts were also responsive. My feedback is that, for the price, it’d be nice to have some basic stuff, like soap and shampoo. And there are mosquitos so bring repellent.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí y sin duda no será la última, el lugar es tranquilo y muy bonito, y la anfitriona siempre está al pendiente de los mensajes, esta última vez el lugar en el que nos tocaba estacionarnos no cupo nuestra camioneta por que la persona de enfrente siento que se quedó muy salida, y por esto tuvimos que dejar el vehículo afuera y la verdad eso no me gustó tanto, pero pienso que esto no es culpa de ella es más de la otra persona cuando se estacionó, de igual manera lo dejamos afuera como la zona es buena no tuvimos ningún problema sólo quería aclararlo, nos encantó hospedarnos aquí es un airbnb muy bonito y coincide totalmente con las imágenes!👏🏻💘

ABSOLUTELY loved our stay! The apartment smelled so fresh upon entry, the cool air was so welcome after our long days of exploring Savannah, the bed and couch were comfortable, and we felt very safe (not that the area is bad or anything like that - quite the opposite, the entire area felt safe and welcoming) with the locked gate at the street level of the apartment. We were able to walk to great restaurants and fun stores nearby, and weren't more than 5-10 minutes from the river walk. Hope to return!

Great place for a quick visit

El Aprtamento estaba hermoso. Si en la foto se ve hermoso estar allí es mejor Wao hermosa la vista. De verdad q lo recomiendo es lo mejor. A este Aprtamento también vuelvo. Me encantó. Javier me recomendó varios sitios y también me encantó como el de Ladys Restaurant, estaba todo cerca caminamos a pies y fue lo mejor. La comida riquísima. Gracias Javier tienes un hermosos apartamento y es justo lo q quería

We had an excellent stay, the place was beautiful, clean and in an amazing location. Daily cleaning, laundry, and breakfast included was a great addition! Host was very responsive and helpful, met us upon arrival. Would recommend to all friends and family!

Romantic getaway haven. The space was clean and had all the essentials. The location was perfect for easy access to food and tours from the marina (fishing and scuba diving). Bed was comfortable. A/C was boss. We felt safe. Views were wonderful! The hot water in the shower was hit or miss, but the tub always had hot. It takes awhile to fill but feels so good after a long day of adventure. I was worried about noise, but the only rowdy night was Friday (live music in one of the bars) and even then it was quiet by 10pm. Kitchen had bare essentials which was enough for us. Washer and dryer were a great bonus. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Recomendado 100%, muy limpio, es lindo, fiel a las imágenes (únicamente algo más pequeño), siempre se mostraron atentos a las dudas, la zona donde se encuentra ubicado es excelente ya que es la Av 70 y hay muchos bares y restaurantes, además como extra nos guardaron el equipaje después del check out para seguir conociendo la ciudad sin preocuparnos.

Un muy buen departamento para una pareja, cercano al malecón y con algunas establecimientos de comida y un oxxo relativamente cercano , al igual Mario nos apoyó con nuestras maletas cuando realizamos el check out para guardarlas 10/10 , súper recomendado.

Increíble hospedaje, súper cómodo y equipado, me encanto la terraza / balcón. Sin duda mi hospedaje favorito de SLP a buen precio. Volveré pronto.

O apartamento do Fábio é muito bem localizado, bem pertinho do metrô, e de fácil acesso andando a vários pontos do centro da cidade. Estava tudo muito limpo. O colchão é um do tipo mais firme, então pra quem prefere camas mais macias, pode não ser tão confortável. A acomodação no geral é muito boa, voltaria a me hospedar e super recomendo.

Jorge is a 5 Star Host . Right from the beginning its was easy to communicate with him . The Appartement is located on the 18 th floor with a stunning view over San Jose.All daily necessary items you need in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom were present. His accommodation is furnished stylishly and super clean. On the 25 th floor is the rooftop shared infinity pool with an expensive view as well . The quarters are located centrally with restaurants , bars , shops , supermarket and points of interest nearby. It was such a pleasure to stay in Jorge’s Apartment, always and forever again 😘Lars
