“Had a great stay here. Good size for one or two people. Very well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Everything is well maintained. Location is good, too. Would stay again and would recommend it to friends passing through. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.”

My place is close to Hampton, IA on Hwy 3. It is located 25 miles from Clear Lake. You’ll love my place because of the quite country setting, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), business, and big groups. Plenty of room for a boat and a camper. Bike trail is a 1/2 mile away.
“This amazing, clean old farm house has many nice renovations! We had a large group and loved that each family/couple had their own room! This place is set up like a bed and breakfast, so each room had its own attached bathroom except for the kids bunk bed room. Many of the bathrooms have an amazing soaking tub as well as a shower. A nice touch. We had plenty of gathering space for 15 people (8 adults). Plus the basement is a game room with ping pong and other games. Lacey was a wonderful, kind host! She told us about Bead’s Lake State Park, a wonderful outing with a dam and huge spillway and nice picnic area only 10 mins away. Would stay here again!”
