My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Nearest train stations: Windischgarsten or Hinterstoder. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.

With fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and quietly located, Konradgut 11 is an ideal starting point for extended hikes into the surrounding forests. For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Hiking paradise, 13 peaks from the front door.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
