In 15 minutes you are at Klopeinersee, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
