Clean, large bedrooms, air conditioning and an quiet outdoor setting, all for your self catered stay. *Please note that the house will be closed for short periods for further alterations, incl kitchen alterations and verandah repairs. New bathroom, toilet and laundry completed August 2020.

The residence is nestled between two churches - the original brick Presbyterian Church built in 1922 and the wooden Methodist Church built in 1913 and relocated to this site in 1964. The property is conveniently located in central Ouyen, a short walk to all the town's amenities including supermarket, club, pub, bakery, butcher, lake, golf course, tennis courts and newly established community gym.

We are not far from anywhere so make it your base when travelling. Lake Tyrell, Silo Art, Lake Lascelles, Giant Mallee Fowl, sand drift, a day trip over to Swan Hill.

"Grandma's" is a fully self contained bungalow set well back off the road in a quiet rural setting. Fully renovated and furnished with many heritage and antique items, Grandma's is best suited to couples or singles. A complimentary country breakfast is available for guests .
