A 2min del Metro (directo a Sol) y de varias líneas de bus, así como un carril bici urbano, que atraviesan la ciudad, con alquiler de bicicletas eléctricas. Fue un antiguo taller de ebanistería de los años 50, que he transformado en un estudio muy práctico, decorado con útiles e imágenes que rescaté de su anterior uso ¡Es único! Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. Temporary rental for non-tourist purposes.
