Holiday rentals with a kayak in Las Vegas

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

Ron was a very responsive host. House was spacious and great for our large family. Had everything we needed to make meals at the house. Our kiddos loved the bunk beds and the pool! Thanks did a great stay!

Kin, Angie & John were so gracious & helpful. Their home is the loveliest of all the airbnbs I've stayed in to date & located in an upscale neighborhood/subdivision. It has two stories with a grand staircase. The room is beautifully + cheerfully decorated with everything a guest might need - writing desk, closet, oval mirror + bedside lamp w/ high wattage bulb & attractive, protective shade making reading + phone work easy on the eyes. There is a large window overlooking an enormous backyard that features palm trees & a waterfall. Just behind it is a wide walking path for bikers, joggers & pedestrians. The home is a little bit south of central Las Vegas but still within the city limits. Many of the bordering roads are studded with towering palm trees creating quite a majestic sight. The kitchen is spacious & includes an ice maker. There is a second floor laundry that guests may use. A bonus for me was the delightful cat family. I look forward to returning next year!

Great house & hosts. Just as described, looked exactly like photos. Didn’t heat the pool & kids still swam everyday. We loved the arcade games. Bathrooms well stocked with essentials plus a few extra items (toothbrush, razors) if you forgot anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Ty was very responsive and went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had. Would stay there again if I wanted to be close to everything.

Quiet neighborhood, overall place was nice! Easy checkin and check out. I wish the place had a dishwasher as the stored plates/utensils seemed a little dirty, but not a big deal.

The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The rooms were cozy with comfortable bedding, and the living area was a great space to unwind after long conference sessions. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong- important for catching up on work and staying connected during the trip. One highlight was the outdoor area: the backyard was peaceful, with a small patio and seating area, perfect for early morning coffee or evening relaxation. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Only minor downside was that there were limited grocery and dining options within walking distance, so having a rental car or rideshare apps was necessary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Las Vegas.
