Excellent place, spectacular cabin, with an unbeatable view, 15 minutes from the ski center, surrounded by nature, close (10 min) to restaurants. Rosa was attentive to us and gave us the cabin fully clean

We were as a family, and the truth is that we were all very happy with the place, the spaces, the conditioning of the house, the tranquility and peace that felt in the place, at all times. The house is spacious and comfortable, the pieces had new and clean sheets, the spaces like kitchen and bathrooms were clean and conditioned. The land is wide, with native trees around, with the river nearby, which made silence very pleasant, since nature made itself felt.

The truth was a very pleasant experience, the place is beautiful and perfect to rest with the family, the cozy aesthetics play an important role in that, the truth is more than recommended if you want to disconnect from the city and spend a wonderful weekend. Another thing, the host is very friendly and very helpful

We had an amazing weekend with my family. The cabin was beautiful, very well furnished, tidy and clean. The high temperatures were not a problem as it has air and fans in much of the house, as well as the pool. Beautiful, quiet and safe environment. Communication with Lissette was always very easy and fast, her kindness and goodwill in response to every request made is also appreciated. I'd be happy to come back in winter to be in the snow season!!!

Everything is very good , very good communication with the host and those in charge of the house . Very attentive with details and information. We just wish they would have let us know that the hot tub is not working, as this was one of the reasons to choose the house . Everything else is perfect.

Lovely Easter weekend in Refugio La Luna. Viviana who works there always attentive and caring. Made our stay a 100. Prior to our arrival, Rosa Maria is always attentive to our queries. We were 3 families and with our children and really the best decision.

Very good place to stay, everything clean and tidy, it's just like the photos. The pool is great and the facilities are safe. The administrators were very friendly and concerned, my only recommendation is to change the batteries to the TV remote, apart from that it is a good place to stay, recommended 👍🏻

The house is beautiful and cozy, the magical environment, in the middle of the forest surrounded by snow. Good natural light. Absolute silence to rest.

The cottage is very cozy and has served us perfectly. The kitchen is very complete, there is barbecue and firewood at will. The heating and fireplace worked very well, leaving the house very warm. Showers are great, too. The location is great, close to restaurants, markets and ski equipment rental shops. It is also close to the ski centre (about a 15-minute drive). What made us happy the most was the support of Fernando, our host. We always responded to the messages on the spot and resolved our demands immediately. It even helped us by setting up an appointment with an orthopedist as I needed care because of a knee twist while skiing. Spectacular!

The cabin is well equipped and warm for cold days. The place is very beautiful, in the evenings the sky looks very special, the constellations are easily visualized and in the mornings it is simply spectacular to see the mountains full of snow. The hospitality of the owners was phenomenal ! Thank you for making me and my family spend these wonderful days.
