Communication and complaisance was on high level. Landlord offered us additional night due to hurricane Fiona, and also enabled storage of our rented scooter in his basement. We felt really safe here and room was comfortable with air-conditioning. We definitely recommend this accomodation.

Our stay at Picaflor was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we could feel the calm and relaxing atmosphere they’ve so thoughtfully created. The space was beautifully designed, and every little detail was carefully considered to ensure a truly comfortable experience. I really loved staying in here! My room was next to the pool it was super nice. I loved the fact that the kitchen was outside. I work online and I had no problem with the internet as well. any time I needed something Stephanie answered me super super quick! And she was very patient with my questions Would definitely stay here again ♥️

Muy buen hotel para pasar las noches mientras se disfrutan los lugares en el día. Tiene buen espacio para parqueos, a pesar de estar en un área donde los parqueos son un poco escasos y justo debajo tienen restaurante con buenas pizzas. Un punto a tomar en cuenta es que el mapa te envía por una calle que no es por donde se entra, para dar con el sitio debes seguir las instrucciones de la publicación de Airbnb, que indica justo después del supermercado La Sirena encontrarás el Supermercado Atlantic y en esa entrada a la derecha encontrarás un letrero de un restaurante y en un lado indica Hotel Relax.

Excelente hotel y servicio. El staff es muy atento, mantienen los apartamentos súper limpios, la comida es buena y las instalaciones son cómodas. Disfrutamos mucho la playa, la cual está justo al frente. Definitivamente volveremos.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die schnell antworten wenn man Fragen hat. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sauberem Pool, man fühlt sich als wäre man alleine dort. Sehr ruhig im Innenhof, dennoch gut gelegen. 20 min zum Strand zu Fuß. Essensmöichkeiten vor der Tür sowie Supermärkte. Preis-Leistung 10/10.

The room was exactly what I was looking for. All the amenities were great-AC, Fan, hot water heater, water pressure, wifi. The apt is right next to the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars. Scarlett was very responsive and courteous. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this AirBNB.

This is the best lance to stay in las terrenas !!! U don’t even need a car !!!! Everything is right outside the hotel and the owner is super nice and helpful with anything you need !!
