Beautiful house—great base for Playa Bonita. Lovely garden, a/c, fan, and tv in every bedroom, off street parking.

The villa is perfect for a group or a family, it is very comfortable and operational , it is very close to the beach as a brand in the advertisement, the beach is very clean and quiet with restaurants and chiringuitos. The treatment and attention to both the entrance and the exit were excellent. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and being comfortable during your stay. Mr. Claude, who is the responsible person, was very attentive to all our inquiries and requests and was very considered in our requests. I live in the country 23 years ago I travel to the terrains a lot and this time I came with my parents and other elderly relatives and it was a total success to choose this villa since the distribution is on a single level and all the rooms face the patio and pool which allows to create very pleasant family moments. We had an amazing stay at Villa Honicita! The private pool was fantastic, the location quiet yet close to the beach, and the house had everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds and tons of thoughtful extras like beach toys, beach towels and even a stroller/wagon to carry stuff to the beach. Iana also provided a crib and a high chair for our son which was really appreciated. The veranda was perfect for relaxing and really cozy in the evening, and Iana was a wonderful host—very communicative and helpful with great local tips. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views. luxury living. Very private but a little tricky together to. Scott gave excellent instructions, just the location is somewhat secluded. The staff was super nice and helpful. It is the DR, so power outages are not uncommon. But the residence is set up to still function. Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable to sleep in. We loved that it was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. We definitely recommend this villa to any family that is looking for a place in Las Terrenas.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Villa Sabina in Las Terrenas! The property was beautiful and surrounded by stunning natural scenery that made every moment feel peaceful and special. The two housemaids were incredibly gracious and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, and their kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The host, Jacques, was also extremely responsive and provided us with fantastic recommendations for local activities and places to eat, which made our experience even better. My entire family loved every single minute we spent there. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Me and my family loved this villa. The walk to the beach is within a few minutes. Literally feels like you have a private beach. We were welcomed by the cleaning lady. She was great! The villa is super safe and easy to get around. I would definitely recommend to stay here. The only thing one of my guest didn’t like was that the cleaning lady came at 9am to clean on check out day. I understand it’s a big villa and she had to get it ready for the next booking. Overall a great place. Thank you for having us! If you are driving be careful pulling into the curvy driveway :) also keep in mind most restaurants, places to eat are 10-20min drive from the villa

The house was perfect for the 6 people we stayed. Beautiful, while clean and well equipped. The interior and exterior decoration is ideal. Its location is perfect for what we were looking for, very quiet but close to the Terrenas (approx. 10 min.) where you have more ambiance, if that's what you are looking for. Playa Cosón is a 3-minute walk away. It is a beautiful beach and very quiet and familiar. Very close to Los Nomadas è Coson Bay, a very quiet and beautiful beach club where you can have something, or also eat. It is on the beach. Max and Delphine offer you the possibility that Rosa, the person who does the daily cleaning, prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for an extra amount. It is even offered to make the purchase for you. She is super friendly and cooking great. All in all, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you Max, Delphine, Claudia, Rosa and Jannet for the service you have offered us, at the height of the house. Surely we will return

Just wow! Betty was an amazing host. She answered questions before I thought of them. The staff, Yenni and Yaison, were just awesome individuals and helpful at any and every turn. Betty offers a personal chef and our only regret is that we only utilized him and his sous chef for two full days. I highly recommend hiring the chef for your whole stay. He and his sous chef made some of the most delicious food for us (lobster, mahi mahi, chicken, avocado salads, and so much more). The cost is very reasonable as well. Regarding the place, I can’t put into words how perfect it is. The house is big, beautiful, clean and just flat out amazing. The pool is great, the numerous loungers to relax and get sun, the private beach bar, the large outdoor table and then there’s the beach! Crystal clear water, several sandbars to relax on and a next door beach where lots of great folks gather for fun and music. I really can’t put into words how amazing our trip was. Thank you so much everyone!

Where to begin! My partner and I booked Sandrine's casa on a whim after seeing their listing (we were lucky to have been able to book when we did) and from that moment on, Sandrine was communicative and helpful. Once we arrived to the the property, we were in awe of the beauty- both natural and interior. We could tell that care and thought had put into the property. Sandrine was gracious enough to meet with us, do a quick walk through and recommend restaurants/ beaches/ access to things nearby- which was a huge help for us. The property is even better than the listing describes, which is very uncommon! Upon checkout, we met again to chat and explain how much we loved our stay. Thank you for everything, Sandrine! We will definitely be back in 2025!

This place is an absolute gem! The views are simply breathtaking, and the peaceful setting makes it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Genesis and Juan Pablo were incredibly attentive and provided plenty of great recommendations to make our stay even better. While you can make it up the road without a 4x4 in dry weather, it can be a bit tricky if it rains. If you’re not used to mountain driving, I’d definitely recommend following the listing’s suggestion and going with a 4x4. All in all, a wonderful experience—we’d love to return!

The house was beautiful! Exactly as described. Anything you needed, the house came with. Everything was clean. The host was very responsive to our needs. In addition, the area is perfect! There is so much nearby—markets, restaurants, beaches, etc. I definitely recommend staying here!!

The villa is beautiful and you are amazed in every corner, accurate design full of details that you discover as you live there, comfortable places where you can relax, everything tastefully furnished nothing is missing there is also beyond what you need. It does not have restaurants nearby and the car is important to get around but the house is so beautiful that you like to spend most of the time in and especially outside outdoors enjoying the nice hot pool.In three minutes you can reach the very wide beach of Coson and you can choose the areas you prefer ,towards Bonita it is more calm and you have beautiful baths, a 20-minute walk but on the left you arrive from Valerio a restaurant on the beach, where you eat beautifully Dominican at very honest prices. The owners Renè with their very sweet wife are an extremely kind couple, they were always available for every need, they welcomed us with kind, welcome and liked gifts. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended💕💕

I don’t usually write reviews, but this the time to share my experience because this place deserves all the recognition it can get. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful everything was ……the views, the attention to detail, it all felt like something out of a dream. To anyone reading negative reviews: please don’t let them influence your decision. In my honest opinion, a lot of those people probably just had unrealistic expectations or were looking for a refund for minor things. My experience was nothing short of amazing, and I can confidently say that those negative reviews do not reflect the reality of this place. What truly made the difference for me, beyond the stunning setting, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about making my stay as enjoyable as possible. And the owner? Absolutely top tier. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy, checking in and always.

Great location on the water adjacent to a protected swimming beach. House is located in a private condominium with gated access and 24 hour guards so very safe and secure. Nicely landscaped property with beautiful view of the sea. Upstairs master bedroom is massive with enormous private deck and private sitting area. Cross ventilation is great so no need to turn on a/c. Two first floor bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms. House is well furnished and very comfortable. Iris, the housekeeper makes the beds, cleans up and prepared breakfast daily. She’s friendly and accommodating as well. We had a few minor issues which the owner attended to promptly and responsively. House is located on the sea so electronics, metal fittings and finishes on this older house are finicky and needing repair and updating. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely repeat.
