Holiday rentals with beach access in Las Terrenas

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Hermoso lugar! volvería y recomendaría, limpieza en las habitaciones, juego de cama cocina. Ideal para parejas.

Mi familia y yo quedamos fascinados con el lugar, en especial mi niño de 5 años con el área de entrenamiento que tienen en el patio . Nos encantó todo muy bello y fascinante .

Second time back at Cedric’s apartment, this time brought my folks with us. They loved it too. The location is fantastic- short walk to the beach and grocery stores, several restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store. But my favorite part is that it’s modern and SO well lit. Hermoso lugar, super tranquilo y seguro en medio de la naturaleza. Antonio siempre atento, muy amable y con especificaciones muy claras a cualquier inquietud! Todo en el apartment esta Nuevo y la decoracion es maravillosa!!! Sin Duda volveremos, es un lugar totalmente unico y diferente… Super recommended!!! Muchas Gracias 😊

Nos encantó todo de este lugar. El apartamento está impecable, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y sin preocupaciones. La decoración y el ambiente transmiten paz desde que llegas. Lo mejor, sin duda, es la ubicación: una playa casi privada, alejada del bullicio, perfecta para descansar, desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza en su máxima expresión. Está en una de las zonas más bonitas y tranquilas de Las Terrenas, un verdadero paraíso. Sin duda, uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que hemos estado. ¡Volveremos sin dudas!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Everything was in perfect working order, and the location is ideal — peaceful, convenient, and beautifully maintained. Big thanks to the staff for their helpful and friendly support throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very well-kept. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable: the house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication was quick and polite, and any questions were resolved without delay. Overall, a very positive experience.

Me encantó en todo sentido, me sentía como en casa, casi ni salimos de la casa porque proporciona todo el bienestar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, espaciosa, cómoda, con un paisajismo espectacular, piscina climatizada. Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

Nuestra estadía en Casa Victoria fue una maravilla. Esta muy bien equipada, es hermosa y acogedora. La host fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos. Un especial saludo a Doña Maritza, cocina espectacular y Chiquito por su ayuda. Sin duda lo recomiendo y nos encantaría volver pronto!

Dentro de mis experiencias en esta plataforma, esta es probablemente la mejor. Puedo catalogar todo como excepcional, desde el lugar, el anfitrión (Fabrizio) hasta los guardias de seguridad, las personas alrededor, todo. Muy recomendado, la relación calidad precio es asombrosa.

Ya me había quedado en este residencial pero no en este apto y fue un cambio extraordinario. Rosio está siempre atenta y el apto tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las terrenas. Coincide totalmente con la descripción y todas las comodidades. Recomendado al 100% , esperamos volver pronto!

Place is in very good condition, clean and spacious. We were able to find enough kitchen supplies, and even beach towels for our days at the beach. The apartment is a very short walk to the restaurant of the community where there is a nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a couple of steps from the restaurant. Apartment community felt safe to walk at all times.

Todo estuvo súper bien. El host fue muy amable y siempre atento. La ubicación es buenísima y todo estaba muy limpio. Lo único es que hay bastantes mosquitos porque hay muchas plantas alrededor, así que lleven su repelente. Fuera de eso, todo top.

José es muy amable y servicial, cada vez que le escribimos con dudas o recomendaciones de lugares para excursión nos contesto de manera inmediata y eficiente. Parque Nacional los Haitises super recomendado si visitas las Terreras, es precisoso al igual que Cayo Levantao. El apartamento es cómodo, equipado y céntrico. Lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias José!

Great location right in front of the beach and next to many, many great restaurants. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Las Terrenas. Carmen was responsive and the instructions to find and get into the place were easy to follow.

Increíble lugar, mejor que en las fotos, la dueña cuida cada detalle, no falta nada en el apto para que te sientas como en casa. Bielka responde rápido, siempre está dispuesta. La ubicación es perfecta, con todo cerca caminando, nos olvidamos del vehículo durante nuestra estancia. Muy segura que regresaré siempre con mi familia.
